What is soft play?

It is a play area made with equipment of soft material making it safe for babies & toddlers to explore and have fun. Our set ups are designed for children ages 0-4. 

 

Do you set up outside?      
Yes but we do require a flat surface that is dry, shaded and free of rocks, debris, etc. Our soft play equipment is made of material that can get very hot if in direct sunlight so we do require a shaded space (trees, canopy, patio, etc.) in order to set up. 

 

Do you set up outdoors if its windy?

We will NOT set up any bounce house outdoors if the winds exceed 15MPH.
 

What is your Rainy Day Policy?

We will not set up outside if it is raining or if there is a chance of rain. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your event, we will work with you to find a place inside to set up or book another date based on availability!

*NOTE: NO REFUND of retainer will be given if outdoor events are unable to proceed due to wet weather or lack of shade.

 

How often do you clean your soft play equipment? 

Every piece of equipment is washed and sanitized before and after every event. Also, we only rent our equipment to one event per day to allow the proper time to wash and sanitize everything.

 

Are you insured? 

Yes, however it is the renters responsibility to ensure that there is responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it at ALL times. A liability waiver and contract must be signed and returned in order to book your event. 

 

How do I book? 

-Fill out our inquiry form

-If your date is available we will email you our proposal within 48 hours that will include our contract, liability waiver & invoice

-Pay 30% non refundable deposit to reserve your date 

-Once the deposit is paid you are all set! The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the event

 

What are the rules?

The  main rules are NO food/drinks, NO shoes inside the play area, NO face paint or anything that can stain our equipment & adult supervision is required at all times. Additional rules are listed in our rental agreement contract.
